At Lugz, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn merchandise in its original packaging. Please ensure your items are in new condition to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and download the prepaid shipping label provided by our system, then print it out for attachment to your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Place the unworn footwear in its original branded box, secure it inside a shipping carton, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, typically within 7-10 business days, a credit will be issued to your original form of payment.
